Accurate Information Systems, LLC. commits to cooperate with the EU and Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commission (FDPIC) with regards to Human Resources data and other types of data that may include name, mailing address, other personal identifying information transferred from the EU and Switzerland, respectively, in context of the employment relationship. Accurate Information Systems, LLC. is subject to the investigatory and enforcement powers of the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). In that regard, we certify that we comply with the seven EU-US and Swiss-US Privacy Shield Frameworks Principles set forth by the United States Department of Commerce, in relation to personal data collected in Switzerland and the European Union.
